On the former American barracks site Leighton-Barracks, in the immediate vicinity of the Hubland campus, we offer rooms in this energy-efficient and high-quality student residence completed in 2018. The 189 subsidized living spaces for BAföG recipients are fully furnished and thus top equipped.

PRICES

There is a Bafög-subsidized dormitory in Würzburg. No matter if single room or shared apartment, there is only one price:
225,12 € + 129,00 € service charge per dormitory/per month.

Deposit:
3 months net rent + transponder 50,00 € deposit

Underground parking space:
optionally bookable 59,50 € incl. VAT.

Single room

In this apartment a student lives all to himself (own kitchen/own bathroom) (19 qm)(equipment may vary)

Three-person flat share (shared apartment)

The apartment is shared by three students. Each occupies his own lockable room. (13 qm) The three WG residents share the kitchen, the wet room (shower / WC are separate) with large common living area. (Equipment may vary)

Two-person shared apartment

This apartment is shared by two students (13qm). Each occupies his own lockable room. The two flat-share residents share the kitchen and the wet room (shower/WC) with large common living area. (Equipment may vary)

Five-person flat share (shared apartment)

The apartment is shared by five tenants. Each occupies his own lockable room (13 qm). The five WG residents share the kitchen, the wet room (2 shower / 2 WC are separate) with large common living area. (Equipment may vary)
